You can answer incoming calls across the Internet with our new free mobile apps – for free.

If you prefer to have calls forwarded to your mobile number , you’ll only be charged local call rates for the call forwarding.

You can add voice response to the number (“For sales press 1” etc.) to make it sound more professional when customers call you. This is also free.

Follow these steps to get a free number:

Sign in
Sign in or sign up at app.sonetel.com
Go to Phone number settings
Go to Settings -> Phone numbers.
Select your number
Click on the + button and select a country and number of choice.
Select Free for website
Select the subscription type “Free for website” (see below) and then check out (no charge).
Done!
You now have your number.
Add chat to your website
Add the Sonetel chat widget to your website by following the instructions to avoid losing the number.

Numbers that are free for website have some restrictions. You can remove the restrictions at any time by starting to pay for the number.

It is not possible to convert existing Sonetel numbers to be Free for web site.
