You can now trigger Sonetel via Zapier to set up a phone call between two phone numbers (Sonetel numbers, mobiles, landlines etc.) – whenever something happens in some other app or service.
For example – you can start a call when…
- A row is added to a Google sheet
- Someone fills in a form at your website
- Some system issues an alarm
- You get a lead via some other system
Sonetel can then automatically set up a call between you or your team members on one side and a customer or prospect or whatever on the other side.
