Touch-tone added to all apps

All our apps are now updated to support the use of touch-tone when making outbound calls.

An on-screen dial pad is now available during calls, which allows you to make selections in voice response menus.

This can be useful when calling your bank, insurance company, airline – or whatever else you may be calling.

Click the dial pad symbol

When you are in a call using any of the Sonetel apps, simply click on the dial pad symbol (see below) to bring up the dial pad.

This will bring up the dial pad on screen.

Now you can make menu selections when calling your bank or airline – or whatever else you need to do that requires touch-tone.

Touch-tone is also called DTMF (“Dual-Tone-Multi-Frequency”) which refers to the sound made when a button in the dial pad is pressed.
