We have upgraded our Premium plan, so that every user now gets $30 of free calls and call forwarding per month – in addition to everything else that is included.
This is enough for making 2,700 minutes (45 hours) of calls to mobiles and landlines in the US – per month. Additional calls to the US cost 0.7 cents per minute.

Premium costs $11.95 per user and month with annual subscription – and gives you a wide range of benefits.
- Free phone number
Each user gets a free phone number – in a city and country of choice – with all business features such as call recording, voice response etc. - $30 of free calls
Each user can make free calls and do call forwarding of incoming calls to their phone number for up to $30 for free (according to the standard calling rates). This equals over 2,700 minutes to regular US numbers (Jan 2021 prices). - 40% discount on additional calls
Calls beyond the $30 free calls are discounted with 40%. This means that additional calls to the US cost 0.7 cents per minute (Jan 2021 prices). - 20% discount on calls to toll free numbers
Toll free numbers (800-numbers) are free for the caller to call, but have a per minute charge for incoming calls to be paid by the owner of the number. Toll free numbers that are included free with Premium (see above) have a 20% discount on per minute charges. - Remove Sonetel branding from chat widget
Sonetel provides a free customer chat function for your website. If you have Premium, you can hide the Sonetel logo on this chat function. - Connect with Twitter
Connecting your Sonetel account to Twitter Direct Messaging, for handling incoming customer questions usually cost $25 per month and Twitter account. Connecting one Twitter account per company – is allowed for free with Premium. - VIP treatment by Sonetel support
