The free service provides small businesses with an instant and infrastructure for handling incoming voice and text communication from their customers.
The Artificial Intelligence function (developed by our AI-team pictured above) suggests answers that your team members can forward with a click to customers.
Between 10-50% of all questions from customers can be automated this way, which saves time and increases revenues.
The iPhone and Android apps – combined with the AI-function – makes it very easy to provide support at any time and location.
